“Integrating food into urban planning” book

Integrating food into urban planning book is out now with a chapter wrote by Alice Covatta “Planning a global/local foodscape: Tsukiji Fish Market”. The book is edited by Yves Cabannes and Cecilia Marocchino.

The book is a collaboration between the The Bartlett Development Planning Unit UCL and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations FAO, aims to fill the gap between food culture and urban planning with more than 20 city-based experience, including…Tokyo with Tsukiji fish market and neighborhood.
